Delicias Andinas Arepas Antioqueñas Blancas are the classic Arepa, made with white hominy corn grits and named after the beautiful province in Colombia where our original recipe and inspiration was born.
Serving suggestions:
Simply heat in a toaster or conventional oven until hot and crispy. Top with butter and a sprinkle of salt. These Arepas complement any meal and make an excellent substitute for rice or bread.

Rancho Style Eggs

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Delicias Arepa Antioquena Blancas
- 2 eggs
- 1 tomato, peeled and chopped
- 1 finely chopped scallion
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 Tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Add butter to medium heat skillet.
- 2. Mince tomatoes and scallions and sauté for 2 minutes
- 3. Scramble the two eggs, salt and pepper, in a bowl and pour egg mixture into skillet.
- 4. While the eggs are cooking, heat the two Arepas on low heat in a griddle pan on both sides until heated.
- 5. Constantly mix eggs with the tomato and scallions until firm.
- 6. Take Arepas from the skillet top with a pinch of salt and mozzarella cheese. Serve with eggs.
