Avocado Salad with Arepa

Preheat grill 

2 servings



2 Yellow Delicias Andinas Arepa Antioqueñas

1 Ripe Hass Avocado (or any avocado)

1 chopped medium tomato 

3 chopped Romaine lettuce leaves (or any lettuce)

Olive oil and red wine vinegar   

Salt and pepper to taste 



Heat 2 Yellow Delicias Andinas, Arepa Antioqueñas on a skillet with low heat for about 5 mins on each side. Meanwhile peal and cube the avocado, tomato and rough chop the romaine lettuce, toss in medium bowl with Olive oil and red wine vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate to chill. After the 2 Yellow arepas have heated through, plate with Avocado salad on top of each Arepa and enjoy!
